Brennon is very kind and considerate... I was not feeling well and fell asleep in my comfy chair. He went about his business quickly, quietly and cleaned up afterwards. He didn't even wake me up when he was done. Five stars!

PDM responded quickly to a plumbing emergency, in great form. Pete came over quite quickly to address the leak, and worked his way through a number of obstacles after isolating the problem. Pete is very bright, and we are always delighted to see him when the need arises. Many thanks also to Christina in the office who understood right away the sense of urgency, and her great handling of the issue and expediting. PDM is terrific.

Sewer cleaning. Cleaned the grease trap and tested; everything is operating well at this time. Was told the alarm was going off for ejector pumps, removed the cover, cleaned, and thoroughly tested. Both pumps are working at this time.
Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Cleaned all sensors. Blew out pressure switch hoses. Tested all mechanical components. Tested gas valve inlet/outlet pressures and functions. The HVAC system is a newer installation and is operating correctly and efficiently. Replaced the furnace filter that the customer provided. Customer renewed VIP maintenance plan. One visit is being used today, and he will have a spring/ac visit of 2026 remaining on the prepaid plan. Performed free inspection & services. ** Customer would like to purchase and install maintenance free battery back up for his sump pump.
ESTIMATE TO CERTIFY AND TEST RPZ'S FOR 2025
Air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the condensing system. Changed customer customer-provided furnace filter. Tested all mechanical components. Checked R410 refrigerant levels. Tested compressor and fan motor amperages. The system is in an accurate efficiency condition. Washed system completely out. The system is clean, cooling, and operating properly at this time. Last visit to the plan. The customer will renew in the fall/furnace visit of 2025. Performed free plumbing inspections.
Installed a budget sump pump in the basement. The old one was 9 years old and stopped working. Tested for safe operation. Cleaned up and recycled the old pump.
AIr conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced condensing system. Tested all mechanical components. Checked refrigerant levels. System is clean, cooling, and operating properly and efficiently at this time. This is the last visit on plan. Customer will renew at fall/furnace visit of 2025. Performed free inspection.
School plumbing repair. The drinking fountain is tied into the drain from a roof head. When we get excessive rain, it backs up into the drinking fountain. There is an existing mop basin line in the same room; we can disconnect the drinking fountain from the storm drain and tie into the sanitation line. The tie-in points are 8’ apart from each other, and there is open access. Disconnect the drinking fountain from the storm drain that keeps backing up in the drinking fountain when it rains. Cap off storm connection with 2” pvc clean out. Cup into 3” cast iron drain and add 3x2 wye and wrap around room to drinking fountain and tie into drinking fountain drain. Added a 2” wye and clean out in run for future rodding. Anchored 2” piping RO cinder block wall with 2” 2 hole straps. Everything ran and tested, and working as it should
Faucet replacement. Replaced 2 Kohler customer-supplied 8” spread lav faucets in master bath. Also replaced both sets of shut-off valves/ angle stops with new lavs because they were no longer working properly
Shower faucet repair. Bad thermistor on Kohler electronic shower control board. A thermistor is a type of temperature sensor used in Kohler products to monitor and regulate temperature. Install a new outdoor lawn faucet, hose bib.
Unit is completely frozen from compressor to coil. We will return tomorrow to recharge.
Commercial rooftop Trane and American Standard air conditioning tune-up and safety inspection. I cleaned, tested, and tuned six rooftop HVAC systems. Found two faulty thermostats on units F-2 and F-3, and replaced them.

Commercial plumbing repair. Repair leaks on a copper piping water line in the main lobby. I had to turn off the hot water to the entire first floor and drain the entire system to repair it. After the system was drained, I cut out the faulty 90 and replaced it with a new 1 1/2” copper pipe by using two 1 1/2” progress couplings and one 11/2” progress 90. Turned the water back on, checked for leaks, and emptied the air of the hot water line before turning the return pump back on. After a piping system inspection, I found it was holding with no leaks. The air was bled out of the system, and the return pump was working properly. I cleaned up the work area.
